Ceramic Grade CMC

Introduction

Jinsheng CMC is good agents used in Ceramic Glaze and Ceramic Body.It can make the glaze smooth and improve the quality of glazed surface through its bonding, water-retaining, suspending performance.

Jinsheng CMC has the following excellent performance in the ceramic body:

(1)It can strengthen the bond of the body,and increase the plasticity of sediment material,easier molding;

(2)Improve the flexural strength,improve body stability,and it is more suitable for machining ceramic products processing;

(3)Improve the body production speed,reduce processing cost,and can make the water in body material evenly evaporation, prevent the dry cracking,improve the top-grade product rate.

Jinsheng CMC has the following excellent performance in the ceramic glaze:

(1)Improve the surface tension of glaze;

(2)Make the compostion of glaze evenly dispersed;

(3)Increase the bending strength of body and the surface smoothness;

(4)Avoid body spalling and bubble after glazing because of body strength changed,reduced pinhole after drying, and produce the smooth glaze.

Packing and Storage

Packing:

25kg kraft paper bag with PE inner, or another packing as clients request.

Storage:

1. Store in a cool, dry, clean, ventilated environment.Temperature Max. 40℃, with relative humidity ≤80%.  

2. Since the date of production, a preservation period should not exceed 4 years for the industrial product.

3. The products should be prevented from water and package bag damaging during transportation.
