Paper grade CMC

 Introduction

Jinsheng CMC paper grade has excellent adhesion, thickening, emulsification, suspension, flocculation, film, colloids protection, retain moisture, chemical stability and excellent performance of pulp fiber affinity.

Jinsheng CMC displays many excellent performance in paper-making technology. It is higher valued by the majority of paper engineers and is widely used in the production of paper and paperboard, such as paper and paperboard coating process, coating rheology modifier, water - retention agent, film-forming agent, auxiliary adhesives, wet end retention enhancers and surface sizing agents, grinding aids, filler modifier and the flocculating agent which used in waste water treatment etc. We have different paper making grades of CMC to meet the different customers'requirements.

Jinsheng CMC Applications in Coated Paper:
1. Control and adjust the flowing property of paint and the sispersibility of the pigment, increase the solid content of paint.
2. Strengthen the water retention value of the paint and avoid the moving of adhesive, so that it can improve the leveling of the paint and quality of the coating.
3. Give good stability to the paint, keep the homogeneity of the paint system.
4. Excellent film forming property, improve the gloss of the coating.

5. Improve the retention rate of the brightener, and increase the whiteness of the paper.

Packing and Storage

Packing:

25kg kraft paper bag with PE inner, or another packing as clients request.

Storage:

1. Store in a cool, dry, clean, ventilated environment.Temperature Max. 40℃, with relative humidity ≤80%.  

2. Since the date of production, a preservation period should not exceed 4 years for the industrial product.

3. The products should be prevented from water and package bag damaging during transportation.
